This renovation of the foyer of Melbourne’s historic Swanston Apartments is located in one of the narrow lanes in the city centre.

With a miniature budget of just AU$20,000 the design took up the original Art Deco motif on the building’s facade and used it as a pattern in new added layer of perforated screens.
